Something like a Golem, Wizard, Pekka, Loons, and Lava Hound would be a 10 for me.

But for a Valkyrie, I would say 6.5.

I would rate it higher if Supercell can make some tweaks to them, like decrease the cooking time to 2 minutes and housing space to only 5.

The OP asked how much you would miss them. If I have never used them, nor plan on using them, I wouldn't miss them at all, hence, my -1 rating.
