Hogs or Gowipe for TH8?

BTW,My hogs lvl 3 done in 48 min now.
SHould i upgrade them to lvl 4

Do you like 3 starring in wars or do you like being useless?

If you like three starring in wars, hogs level 4. Hogs level 3 aren't usable.

GOWIVA = three stars on anyone no matter what if you get good at it Gowipe gets 2 stars gigs either gets 0 or 3 and drags get 1 star GOWIVA GET 3 STARS

You can also do GoHo at T8, but needs hogs minimum level 3, there it's still risky - level 4s are pretty save and make sure to level up heal.

Ofc you can get a lot bases with Dragloons too, but you should also do some GoWiPes, just to get the basic knowledge.
Another reason may be GoWiWi styles at 9, also Dragon-based attacks get a bit worthless after T9.

I did myself maybe like 9-10 GoWiPes, most in multiplayers, just to know what people are failing and to understand better.

A combination of GoWiPe and hogs is the best for almost any base, the golem and wizards will always take out at least half the base and since there can only be one double giant bomb at town hall 8, they should be able to trigger that as well.

IMO, GoWiVa has the same problems as GoWiPe..Pekka or Valks get stuck hitting the wall after destroying the core while those back side defenses are firing on them, which is why GoWiPe is considered a 2 star...GoWiPe and GoWiVa would be good 3 star strategies if you can overcome these weaknesses somehow...

My goto war army at TH8 is hogs, but the base needs to be setup properly or I have intel on the GB locations.

If I can't determine GB locations or can't avoid or pre trigger them with hogs I'll gowipe with either hogs or loons on the back side. The decision for hogs or loons depends on the base layout. I'll pick hogs if the AD's are not in the core, and loons if the AD's will be killed by my gowipe before sending in loons.

If you know when and how to use these armies you will 3 star any TH8. Moving past drgaon attacks will only set you up for success at TH9.
