No, TH10 attacking is already impossible as it is, adding TH11 would be ridiculous. Less than 1% of players have actually MAXED Th10, but knowing Supercell, they probably will so they get all those gems from the gemmers spending it to max TH11.

If they gonna make a TH11 they need to balance the attack's that you can get at least 2 stars.

Me too, less than a month and counting. I may have a very skewed perception on it, but there do seem to be plenty of th10s around with 35+ heroes and lv10+ walls.

10 in my clan, 8-12 in whomever we match in war, and seemingly all of Titan. A tiny percentage of the clash populous yes, but I feel it's far more than people think.
