anyone had this problem? I woke up today and I lost a huge portion of gems I'd been saving. I went to sleep with 850 exactly. Over the course of today they have gone down to 472 and I did not spend any of them. ♥♥♥ is going on?
Please note that gems and resources can never just disappear, they are always used to perform actions within the game. This could have been done by you or someone else.
Your gems may have been used for the following:
purchasing shields
purchasing a builders hut
buying elixir, gold or dark elixir to fill up your storages
buying missing resources for upgrades
speeding up upgrades
speeding up troop training
boosting barracks
boosting collectors
speeding up spell production
purchasing the pirate flag or the mighty statue

Hello, I had the same type of problems on the 6th of feb.
4300 gems disappeared from account.
This is roughly 40€ that disappeared!!
As my gems disappeared, I ordered a super magic safe on the 8th of feb in order to "secure" my gems.
Supercell support admitted that there was a bug on 5/6 feb.
Supercell support confirms that gems have been used on my account.
Supercell support refuses to give me proof or details of my consumption of gems for the 6th of feb. ( they keep answering on details on safe from the 8)
Did anyone face the same issue?
Do you have any idea on how to get compensation?
Do you still trust supercell with your private information??
