My road as th8 will end soon. 😢

I've become very bored at th8, always overflowing with elix. Im just going to rush to th9 (not like rush rush, just not upgrade my walls to 8)
I maxed everything, except the new de spells and 4 troops (no point in maxing EQ and poison is useless against drags, currently gob is upgrading and healer is next than im finished and im too lazy to get 60k for golem and valk is pretty useless unless you do gohovalk)
So I will be wrapping up my th8 journey in this week.
So what are the do's and donts for th9, should I get xbow immediately, should I get my queen to lvl15+ asap? Should I get lava hounds asap?
Their are many questions, please answer the main question you've heard (from a new th9'er)
Ik their will be people saying max your walls, I plan being th9 for awhile (for a long long time, th10 is wack)

Sounds to me like your just lazy. Getting all your walls to level 8 as th8 is a huge accomplishment and you cop out of it because your lazy. your just setting yourself up for failure, at least max half of them. I won't be upgrading de spells either, mainly cuz their both already op at level 1, but anyway 4 troops? Really? Skipping over 4 troops won't be wise. As valks 3 star often in strats used with them. Golems have to be upgraded to level 2. C'mon man that's a must. Your just lazy. I would stay and max the essentials that I looked over. BUT that's just me. It's your choice and what you do won't hurt me in anyway.

im th 8.5 igot like 10 walls more or less now to upgrade to lvl 8

I'm currently still th 9 and play relentlessly. I jumped as a fully maxed th 8 (no de spells then) in November of 2014. I have all my walls to lvl 10, queen going to 28, King to 25 and all spells maxed. Only thing not done is Valks (like you). I would focus on heroes, then heroes, then heroes some more. If you enjoy war and want to do well, high heroes will push you over the top.

I'm also not pumped about th 10 and think I have at least another month before I go so queen is maxed and King 28-29 before that 2 week wait for th to finish

Get queen to at least 5. Upgrade camps, spell factory, and lab asap. All things you've heard before, I'm sure!

Disagree with not doing valks of golems. If you're seriously war oriented; you'd need these. I'm Max on elix as well but I left collectors to do in order to dump elixir into and cancel the upgrades/ keep builders busy. You likely didn't manage your time well at th8.

Id grind it out because th9 is just a grind

Agree with upgrading golems, Valkyries take skill to use. If you want to learn how to use them, upgrade them. If you're like me, I left them alone. I can mirror for two or three stars in most wars. I use gowiwi or gowipe.

Try another strategy for th 9, like 2 golems, 12 wiz and 20 hogs (wbs for rest) or the GoLavaLoon attack and a new one they works well is Giant/Hog/Healer. Look it up, gets 3 stars often on the 9's mid to lower range
