It's tricky to find a good neighbourhood unless you have a forums account or a friend who is in/owns one. Also you can meet new farmers and make friends.
For what purpose? My nh is multinational. A couple from Asia, A few dutch, some USA, some UK, a few other European countries. Or, is it that people here can communicate in other languages? I have joined nh in the beginning where I could not chat because they conversed in a language I did not know. I would dare say that in forum, it would be difficult to find good committed mods in every language.
