Definitely OP. If you had just 3 of these spells you could send in a cluster of something like dragons. When they died you just bring them back. It makes hit points useless if it's on a time basis. 3 spells of this means like 10 dragons for 45 seconds longer after they were already destroyed. This would make 3 staring way to easy. OP for sure

Shorten the time or limit the troop that can use that spell , and in that way it wont be too OP
