Important "issue", no one even cares. What do I do?

Not sure why everyone is making fun of me for not sharing details of a serious exploit.

You have told us you know of an exploit, but you also said that everyone that you told about it thinks it is not a serious issue. This implies that either you are mistaken about the seriousness of the exploit or everyone you have told is mistaken. Since we do not know what the exploit is (and I am not that curious personally so I am fine with you not telling) we cannot decide which of you is mistaken. Since you have told multiple people and they all have said it is not that serious it implies that you are the one that is more likely to be mistaken.

As for practical advice, you have gotten all you can get without telling us more. E-mail someone that matters and that is all you can do. All that telling us would do is help us determine if it is as serious as you seem to think it is, but since you already appear convinced of its seriousness you don't appear to need us to validate your concerns so there is no reason to tell us. People are making fun because of the incredibly cryptic nature of your posts. If you simply said, "I have discovered an exploit, how to I contact X (not Y) to let them know of this problem?" you probably would have experienced less mocking.

While I agree with you, he came off the wrong way to ask for help. Putting in "I got juicy info that no one cares about, but I don't want to spill the beans" just looks like he is craving and wanting the attention. Also, it's just looks like extra bacon bits on a troll salad.

Op, if the info is that important, keep bugging them about it. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Go as far as call the office and request to speak to Mr. Ercell or whoever the hell runs the joint. Good luck.

Also I dont agree with your second paragraph. Multiple threads about those 1,000+ troops attacks in the previous days and nobody "encouraged" or "advertised"

I didn't read OPs prior posts, just this one. I guarantee he would have been accused of promoting the exploit if he explained it in detail and could potentially be banned for doing so.

If he had come on here and explained what the exploit was, everyone would be jumping on his back for encouraging/advertising the exploit. He is going about this the best way he can given the circumstances.

I think it's fine to not tell us what he's talking about, but given that fact he should be smart enough to know that nobody can help him. His question is "I've already talked to Supercell, they don't care, what should I do?". If he's only willing to tell SC, and they don't care...well....

So it basically becomes the REAL question of "how do I make Supercell care about what I've found?" which we can't help him with if we have no idea what he found. Because he's already told them, and they say it's not an issue. If they say it's not an issue, seems like it's fine to tell us (if he doesn't want to, again, still ok, but what the heck are you asking us to do for you?).

If the only entity you're willing to talk to about this doesn't care and has decided that you're absolutely wrong...what help are we going to be? The way to make SC understand that this is really an issue is to tell others, vet the problem with them, and get others on your side. Otherwise you're just a random guy who thinks they found a problem, but probably didn't.

When you create a joke of a thread, you get joke answers. There are only 2 entities that would care about his supposed "discovery"...Supercell, and the players.

He won't tell the players. He told Supercell and they blew him off as either non-existent or unimportant. He isn't willing to do the thing which might force SC into action (going public). He's just looking for attention, so he's getting mocked as do most people who post on this forum who are just trying to get attention.

OP, I believe you, there are some exploits and stuff, but if SC, it's representatives (mods), and support team laugh in you face, it's time to make it public so that SC HAS to do something, because let's be honest, it may not be a know exploit so they won't worry about it, but once it does become know (It will eventually!) then they've got a problem - and a BIG one at that too.

This was over a month ago and the issue is still there. I contacted support again today, waiting for another ticket closed after copy-paste.

I can provide a dozens reasons why it's extremely important and should be top priority but nobody cares at all. Honest question: What do I do now? A month has passed and still no one cares.

Just forget about it, when whatever you know spreads out like a wild fire weeks or months from today open a new thread titled

Important "issue", You didn't care about. I told you so
