This is an easy answer for me. I would do the golem to lv4. Lv 2 witches don't get much of a boost going from lv1 to lv2, were as golem to lv4 gets a little bit better bump. If you are in a lv5 clan, you can donate max lv golems then, which will make everyone happy. Just my 2 cents...

IMO witches get a huge bump from lvl 1 to lvl 2. Spawning 4 skellies at a time vs 3 is huge and 8 max vs 6 max. That being said witches are specific to certain armies where golems are used in just about every attack. So start with golems.

I think you should do golem
