You've done what you had to, now just be patient and wait for them to reply. They will contact you back, don't send multiple mails to support regarding the same issue.

once i also lost my second account.you have done everything sofar.just wait for some time,they will take time but contact you asking details of your village like village name ,clan name,village level,th level,inception day,reason of lost village etc.you have to answer them then again wait for 2 or 3 days then they will send you details of your village.

I really hope that you have ever bought gems for that account, because if you have, SC will ask you about information about the first time you bought gems and this help them verify if are the rightful owner of the account. If you havent, I don't know what they will do to get you your account but I wish you a lot of good luck !
