She is far harder to control, but more rewarding.
It is also very rare that she plain ignores jump spells. The most common are that there are buildings to the side of her that delays her jumping far longer than you'd like.
That's a regular prelude to the one proper jump AI fail of where your ground troops then destroy all the buildings in the target jump box. She doesn't then jump even though it would still provide plenty of targets in range.
On compartmented war bases she can be far more efficient when you keep her on track. People seem to forget how much time queen would waste bashing walls around the core under previous AI, when there were loads in reach with just a step.
This can then be a great advantage against th9 farm bases, where she can move through the core taking the middle ringed storages. This would rarely happen to full effect before, she would want to bash into an empty box on a regular basis.
Its the secondary funnel that is the make or break. The flanks must continue pushing through at a similar rate to the middle main force, otherwise there's dumb stuff left off to the sides to chase.
Obviously only my personal preference I can speak for, but I say the building hp buff proves to an extent she is better now.
I see an awful lot of well directed attacks getting at least as many of not more % than before, which requires a lot more damage done across the base.
I do also see a lot of poorly constructed, or average standard attacks mixed with a touch of bad luck that do very badly. (I've done all 3, but more of the former after first couple days).
I'm for extra effort/accuracy bringing better reward.
