Th8.5 Help - GoHo or (Go)LaLoon?

I went GoHo first with my main account and intend to repeat that when my next hits 8.5.

Now that I have both maxed (sans heroes) I use GoHo probably 4-5 times for every golaloon.

Then again my TH8 background was hogs and I was never interested in straight lavaloon so I have a lot more hog experience than I do loons.

I just hate that loons are ♥♥♥♥ for cleanup and the tanks you bring for your kill squad do not tank for your loons...hogs are great at cleanup and the tanks you bring for your kill squad also tank for the hogs.

There is no such thing as a th 8.5 your either town hall 8 or 9....

That being said i enjoy GoHo

That's not true at all.

OP should learn both strategies, as they are both useful against different kinds of bases.

The kill squad mechanics are pretty much the same thing either way, just a matter of what you target with them depending on the base and whether you are getting ready for lava/loons or hogs. So which is more intuitive to you/do you have more experience with/etc...hogs or lavahounds and loons?

Just freaking pick one and go with it first, then the other. You are going to want both anyway.

Havent been doing amazing with Hogs recently.
Will do LaLoon first, should be easier for me.

My leader thinks Laloon will be easier as I have low heroes 10/5 currently..
Will need to know from a few more of you guys

Started GoHoing at mid T8, with King 5 (yeah, mine is a bid behind...)
Did so many attacks my King didn't even get a hit...
Ok, changing a bit at T9, for sure.

The strategy I'd recommend you: the one your troops are closer to - or in other words, the one you could strike successful earlier (from pure troop strength, not the execution).
You should do all attacking styles now an than, there is no magic key.
