Does anyone know whats the loot penalty when attacking a lower th lv.im currently a new th 9 but i dont see as much loot as i used 2 in th 8

Loot penalty for attacking one TH level below you is 10%
50% for attacking two TH levels below you. So not worth it for you to attack TH7's anymore.

Same TH level = 100% of available loot
1 TH level below = 90% of available loot
2 TH levels below = 50% available loot

sorry I don't know the rest below 2 th levels below, but it doesn't really matter as a TH9 you mostly get matched up with TH9s and TH8s, often TH10s and little more uncommonly TH7s.
