Is clash of clans fun?

In clash I always see people worrying about trophies or stressing about farming so I was wondering if anyone actually plays this for fun. I'll admit I stress some times too but I still attack will fun army comps and try out new things just for Fun. Clash is a game but people act like it is a job or something.

Heck yeah! Why do I say it's fun? For me it is the competitive of farming my base to max as fast as possible. For others (Top players) its the stress and determination of getting to #1.

Not as much as it used to, for me its just about maxing heros and walls, Boring.

I'd have much more fun with clash if only I can come to accept that troops do the stupidest things. But then I do a raid, have a big group of archers sweep in to take the TH for the second star, which is just satisfying to get sometimes. They are in range to take out the TH from the top but instead all of the archers slide down to the bottom side and all of them get killed by double giant bombs. That sort of "stupid" I just cannot deal with and see no fun in that at all. And that is just one example of many that happens making the game less fun.

it depends on how you will play the game. play it with your friends or loved ones surely it will be fun.

Is it fun? Yes. When love a game you will just be deeply immersed into action/reaction in game. This is the way every game goes from a hobby to more serious stuff. You still enjoy it but maybe for someone who doesn't share your same level of passion will see that as an over reaction

Yep - you can play for fun. Put your TH out, get to a nice trophy level, do a great raid and pick up some loot (or cover your costs). Get a shield after a couple of minutes. But if you want to get that major upgrade you can do that faster/more efficiently by grinding.

In general I've always found that attacking is more fun than defending (mainly bc of costs of rearming traps, lost loot, and time waiting for heroes to wake back up). Second rule is that the journey is more fun than the destination. As other people on the forum are always whinging, getting to 4600+ trophies just to spend hours upon hours waiting in clouds to grind out another 2 cups is not at all fun.

Maybe not the best, but hey. It is somewhat similar
