There were rumors that the loot would become worse when summer break was out. As it turns out, the loot is just as fine in the summer as it was during the school year. So I'm guessing not a big improvement of loot when the school year starts. Though, if you're talking high schoolers with tons of homework, then you'll probably see more inactive bases when nexting.

I believe it will, then Friday afternoon to Sunday night will be hard to find loot!!!

Unlikely. Interesting idea but it needs statistics to determine. I surmise that your theory could be based on a false premise. The number of overall players compared to the players "in school" is likely not statistically significant. Also, we don't know when all people return to school since the player pool is global. Indeed, even if the numbers were there, the effect of returning to school will not necessarily decrease everyone's activity. It may increase efficiency as players manage time more tightly.
