Ever wonder if they actually read all the posts

I have wondered a lot if the supercell staff actually has the time to sit and read through all of our posts about how the game is broken and how things need fixed. It seems like 75% of this forum is people complaining about something in this game. I don't know about all of you but I think this game is pretty good it has kept me interested and playing for 3 years now so I think it does its job pretty well.

I think they care enough to read everything.

If for your everything is perfect, than maybe you skip complains posts.

But when you are in a mind set that everything can be improved, then you should read everything and try to take notes on what could be better.

I read 80% of the subjects in the general forum. I don't see how they couldn't read all.

Honestly, I don't think they care about General. There's probably a reason why there's a whole sub-forum to report bugs and another one to request ideas. I'm sure they read those.

You have to remember that there is like 10 mods and 5 staff working on the forums. They work together to make sure they cover every post!

Person 1: OMG SO UNFAIR! im in titan 2 and a guy attacked me and got 25 trophys ♥♥♥?! UNFAIR

this goes for loot, farm attacking, gems and other stuff aswell. People just like to complain

There always is that one person who wants to kick against everything. Although some complaints are justified, *cough* upgrading heroes in war *cough*, there are people that are never happy. Don't let them get you down.

The forumers repeat the same complaint, 😒 they can just search it in the forums not waste the mods time and their time for godssake.

Why would SC make forums if their are no admins / mods working here. If it weren't for them this forums would be either in chaos or closed meaning your idiotic questions wouldn't be answered

They do read the forums but obviously they can't read every post, the purpose of the forums is partly for new ideas/feedback but mainly for us all - the members to socialise/discuss/recruit/share etc

But yeah if there is a particularly popular idea/or big problem then they definitely will see it - if not we mods will make sure they do.

I think Supercell reads certain forum posts/topics that have enough activity and well discussed points. When certain things are railed against or supported by most of the members, they seem to take steps to rectify the problem (ie. removing zapping). Sometimes it takes them a while to figure out how to program the change into the game, other times it's an easy fix.
