    Question Farming Dark Elixir w/AQ

So my AQ is lvl 10 and my BK is lvl 15, and I recently finished all my defenses for TH9 which means time for the heroes, but I've always hated putting my queen down because shes the one whose always clutched the Dark Elixir during my farming raids. Should I just get her to 15 and then get my king to max first or just go with my king fully? And if i were to put her down how can i still easily get DE without her?

Drop to silver and run barch with a jump and a heal. Hit inactives when you can, but I raid storages mostly. Over 185k in a week and a half, put king to 15, queen to 16, and started haste 2 all tonight. Use king to rage all those barbs in core. Works like a charm, and fast cook

Lots of people hate putting their queen down, as she is so viable in war, and farming, especially. Because of this, you get a lot of people with low level queens.

However, it would be much more efficient if you found a new strategy that does not rely on the queen's capabilities so you can upgrade her to level 30. Once she's level 30, you'll find Dark Elixir farming a breeze!

Just do it once and for all as TH9, upgrade AQ continuously to 30.

I did that as TH10, AQ from 22 -> 40. Took about 6 months. Now working on BK and no need worry about AQ usage/downtime.

Thanks, i think I'll go with this since barch is literally the only thing i use for farming

I was in the same boat as you, I personally got my queen to 15 and then farmed my king to 30. I then farmed my queen to 26 nonstop and that is when I started to gem her time because I could farm dark way more effectively with here up. This is my best suggestion for your man.

A few have pushed the BK ahead for this reason - but you are going to have to live without her and upgrade her eventually.

One thing is for sure, you will enjoy a max Queen more than a max King.

Barch in higher leagues that have a DE bonus. No need to farm for DE specifically. Anything extra you get would be even better. Easy to maintain an avg of 1k+ DE per raid in Crystal or Masters without bonus.

Did my AQ to 40 first and my BK will now be 40 in 4 days. You just have to bite the bullet and do it, it has to be done eventually. As for getting DE for the AQ when she is down, I used Barch or GiBarch (generally in Masters) and the key to getting it without your AQ is using jump spells with your BK. I always had a jump trained on every raid, if you funnel you BK to the core, jump him in and activate his ability then its DE in the bank
