Farming in Masters without spell factory

I've been using lavaloonion in M2 as a TH10 for a few weeks and it's been fine. Profitable enough to get all my army camps upgrading, two infernos, hound level 3 plus other misc stuff. But yesterday I started upgrading my spell factory and quickly realised that lavaloonion is not really feasible without spells. I *thought* I could go in with all haste spells as a substitute for rages but it hasn't really worked well so far. I even dropped down to M3 to find softer targets but finding it really hard to gain loot without spells. Tried some gibarch but that sucked. Even went back to my roots as a giant healer farmer, still struggling to etch out a profit.

So my options until my spell factory completes in 5 days:
1) take a break from farming
2) try to adjust my lavaloonion to work with hastes instead of rage+heal
3) try a different comp
4) try a different league

How would you guys farm as a TH10 without spell factory?

You couldn't lavaloon a TH9 with haste spells? I was planning on upgrading DSF soon for them, wondering if it's even worth it now.

I don't see TH9 very often and when I do they don't have much loot (usually).
Maybe I'm too used to rage and heal. Using pure haste with lavaloon needs some adjustment to strategy and I haven't got the hang of it yet.

Just keep looking. You'll be able to find TH9s that are worth looting. I'm a TH9 farming in masters and I avoid TH10s and max TH9s. Sometimes I have to next a while, but something always comes up, and as long as you have your heros to close, you should be able to farm with loonion without spells.

But you're right, I just need to be more selective of my targets. Thanks I'll try that.
