Question about forum rules

Hey guys I'm new to the forums and in one of the sticky threads Tinkerbell said we couldn't talk about ambushing clans. But in the points over which it said what we can't discuss it never says we couldn't ask what it was. Now what is it? And am I breaking rules by asking this question?
