My war base is good! I am a th9 and have usually rank 6th or 7th in my clan for war. I have held #1's and #2's to zero stars countless times. My ear base has only been 3 starred twice in 20 wars. Problem is they always pick up 1 or 2 stars on the second attack because they just watched the 1st guy fail and now know what is in my cc and where my traps are. Totally defeats the purpose of designing a good base. May as well make the traps and cc load out visible.
That’s why they are called “clan wars”..not “you n me wars”.
Do you ever look at what your team does on the other side of the map? Do you realise that your team also uses this thing to do better second attacks on the bases?
You got a win for your base, very good, now why should the opposing team not learn from their mistakes and have a chance to do better. If you defended well against an attack, you should anyway have like half the base still undiscovered for traps.
Also, the replays are the only source of improvement in the wars, if I couldn't see how the fresh members of my clan attacked.. what would be the purpose of it? Should I just trust them that they got 90% and not 50% for those 2 stars? I need to be able to watch their attacks and see if they failed miserably or it actually was the limit for their troops.

Not being able to view the replays would ruin both the strategy and the fun. Who wants to be in war when you can't see what's going on? Or is watching live replays (wonderful oxymoron) ok? And if so, why would it be? After all, clans could and would then assign someone to watch and record, then post to YouTube anyway.
This idea doesn't work on many levels. And I don't think your base is really all that in the first place.
