Thanks to the power of PhotoShop and other photo editing programs, it does not really matter what your base looks like. All they have to do is alter a screenshot, have a few members send it in acting all offended and , BAM! You are now banned.

I play this game with 2 of my sons. So if some moron makes a middle finger base, then they are basically flipping off children. How can you possibly think that's ok?

Ok, so you're offended. Would you be happy with continually seeing that base on display then? Or would you prefer to see it removed so it didn't offend your kids? If the base is that offensive why do Supercell allow the base design to remain on display?

The notion that this is an exploit or a gained advantage of even inappropriate response by the reporter is a ridiculous concept that I cannot grasp. They did not force you to make an inappropriate base of clan description. You did that.

They didn't force you to do it, they are following supercells terms of service. Whether they do it because they are personally offended, offended for others, a concerned parent or legal guardian of other players or they simply wanted the war win; it breaks down to one simple level.

Don't violate the terms of service and they can't get you banned.

Well truthfully, we dont have to continually stare at it. We can switch to another base. You still flipped off kids though. So, yeah, take the time out imposed. Then explain to your clan how you cost them the war because you wanted to act the fool. Your base, your fault.

Doesn't really explain my argument about leaving 'offensive bases' on display. Surely there should be some sort of sanction where the person is allowed to change that base so it no longer offends, a sort of cooling off period!? maybe like an hour or two to change it or 'We will change it for you by removing you for 48hrs'

I think that's what the ban is for. Rather than rush you into making a hurried base they give you 48 hours to thoroughly and thoughtfully design a new base.

They all have carefully thought out designs in those two other slots, give them the chance to remove the offending finger from the third slot? Not subject the world to more torment.

You are not getting this. Your base, your problem. Accept responsibility for your own idiocy and learn from it. You are not entitled to anything in this game.
