Each clan has a mega village where will all clan players with their defenses and other structures.
Each clan will define the best organization for their mega villa.
The organization of the mega village will be made each time by a player.
Each attack the destroyed or damaged buildings are not restored.
Clan earn a star each 4% of mega village destruction.
No simultaneous attacks.

That's one huge base if its a full Clan. But its an alright concept. Could use some smoothing out.

You're looking at a max of 100 inferno towers in addition to 150 xbows, 200 air defense, wiz towers,teslas. 350(?) arch and cannons... and that's just the defenses.

Even if 50 TH10's could take this down, I doubt an average phone could process this without crashing

Not only that but imagine how hard it would be to move around this base.. and there couldn't be any zoom out option (to the limit) because you would just see dots.. so the maximum zoom out wouldn't show anything from this base.

The concept is interesting and if this flaw could be solved somehow, then it has some great potential.

Might be cool to have a team base where everyone can chip in to pay for buildings and have prices set high. Then, maybe have 1.5 of each building available to buy, rounding down for odd numbered buildings. Clan Castle instead of a TH?
