Are lava walls worth it?

Yes I know, I'm not near starting lava walls. But I recently started my last defense upgrade at TH9 and in 6 days all I'll have left is walls, dark elixir troops and my royals. I've always seen those max TH9s with max walls, but are they really worth it? Or does going to TH10 with legos have better benefits?

I'm currently doing my blue walls and its a tough debate as in so many wars people just jump them but there is that odd occasion where a jump spell or wbs go wrong and for the 1st minute they are just banging on my walls and they get killed.

So ultimately if you have spare loot, you might as well do them.

I would say th9 should stop at legos, then start on lavas at th10. The reason I say this is because my clan has a lot of th9s with good walls, and they have a lot of lavas, also our low th10s have mostly lava walls, and it is a pain in the ♥♥♥ for war match ups.

We have 4 maxed defence bases, but most of our members have really good walls, this leads us to being matched with clans that have th9s with skull walls and th10 with mostly lego walls, but they usually have around 15 th10s with maxed defences because of this.

We still win pretty much all wars, but it really is a pain being outmatched nearly every war just because our members have good walls.

And yes I know walls are defences, but they are nowhere near as important as maxed out xbows, teslas, infernos and all the others.

Anyway, thats just my opinion from my experiences.

I think so, walls are very hard to get for a reason, yes people will say 3 star attacks almost completly avoid walls which is true but they help stop a lot in matchmaking. And at th10 most people aren't going for 3 they are using gowipe with jump or EQ. If u do walls I would rec doing as many as u can at th9 until u are not having fun. Gold/lix is harder at th10. If u are a "casual" player I would say do Lego walls and at least 20/20 hero b4 going th10. Just my opinion

LV9 walls are suffice in my opinion. Lavas do look amazing though.

If you plan on doing zaps at th10 I suggest doing lavas at th9.

I think I'll max my royals, and if I get lavas so be it, if not ill just skip them . Thanks everyone

i think people stay at th9 doing walls just because they dont wanna say good bye to th8s. im in your position and im so conflicted between my love for infernos and my love for th8s. especially when you drop to silver and u find really weak th8s with loot. dont think that will be possible at th10.
