When do I upgrade???

Hi I'm a th9 with maxed defence, Lego walls, research all done, my heros are at 14 and 17
Looking for advice on when to go to th10 and what level my walls and heros should be at

25/25 heroes and half lavas atleast IMO.

but at the end of the day its what YOU want to do

How did you manage to get all your research done and still have so far to go? I just got to TH10 today with full lavas and level 30 heroes (all other buildings done as well of course) and I still had 10 days left on dragons and both earthquake spell upgrades to do.

Personally I would be inclined to enjoy being a maxed TH9 and stay while you work on your heroes and walls (that is what I did for the last 3 months while I finished up my walls while playing with my level 30 heroes), but I suppose you can go up if you really want to (though you will likely find yourself in the same situation at TH10 with more hero levels and walls to do while everything else is done).
