Shouldn't the heroes regeneration time go down when you upgrade them? It seems weird to me that their regeneration time goes up when you upgrade them. An upgrade should make things better and that is not better ...

The regeneration time is related to how much HP they need to recover. Why would the regen time go down when their HP increases each upgrade?
