Disagree. Quake is a rather small radius and is only really effective on certain base designs.

The vast amount of attackers statistically still use ground over air and lvl 10 walls are huge for stopping the initial push after core.

Definitely not worth staying at TH9 considering you finished heroes before walls. You can easily finish your lavas at townhall 10 bc loot is actually really good

Loot may still be good at TH10 but lavas are exponentially more easy to do as a TH9.

Considering your wall ratio, amount of builders free and hero levels, you're better off moving to 9.5 personally . There's not much point waiting it out to grind your walls unless you're afraid of the TH10 loot penalty (some think otherwise). If you are capable of keeping your heroes continuously upgrading you may as well up the bar, unless you don't feel the need or interest to go up like me. You should do what you enjoy most- if you like war, go to 9.5. If you like high level defenses/grinding go to 10. If you want ot maximize the amount of time at each TH level and enjoy the wall grind, hold back.

PS. Get rid of those TH teslas...
