When did you make the move?

I've got a TH 9 with max defenses doing walls and heroes and am just wondering when people decided they wanted to make the move up to TH 10.

Taking the plunge right now, maxed almost everything, have valks and DE spells left. Finished legos, and both heroes to 15 along with all other defs maxed.
