Go to imgur.com
Upload pics there.
Click the drop down menu and copy the "BB Code"
Paste that in your forum post

Its the same for all forums.
Upload your image to an image uploading site, like tinypic, imgur, photobucket etc.
Copy the forum/message board link they give you, then paste it in the little box that pops up when you click the 'insert image' icon, below the smiley icon in your list of options they show you when you're typing out a post.
Press ok, and voila!
