Clan's spreadsheet - who's the champ ?

It’s been a long time I’m lurking here, taking valuable information and never giving anything in return, so I thought it would be nice to share the tool we use to manage our Clan : http://tinyurl.com/o2btnpv
It’s a simple google spreadsheet which keeps basic informations about players : arrival, war results, donations, etc.
We’ve been using it for a few months and it works pretty well : it takes about 5-10mn after each war to update and is very useful to be sure everyone is treated with equity, keep trace about the clan’s activity, remember who’s that guy whose name sounds familiar, etc.
WARNINGS :
- I’m not english and there are tons of mistakes everywhere
- I’m a very basic excel user and my « formulas » are probably terribly wrong (the simple global ranking formula was like hell on earth for me to write)
- The informations about the different factors are explained in commentary on the « MAIN » tab
- This is NOT our actual Spreadsheet : I’ve C/P it and changed the players’ names. I’ve unlocked it so you can test whatever you wanna test, but please don’t destroy it, so that everyone can read / test / copy it freely
- I strongly recommand to LOCK the tabs and give access to only a few people from your leading team, as it can be really messy to fix in case of wrong manipulation
- This tool is NOT good for all the Clans. It works fine for us as our leading team is very friendly, mature and not "bossy" but between the wrong hands it can be very "Big Brother". Use it wisely, it’s just a simple managing tool, it must not become a fun killer !
