Name shaming on the forums is not allowed, no matter what the user accused has done. If you see an inappropriate layout, don't post it on the forums, just take a screenshot and send it to support in settings. That's it! No need to blab about it on the forums. The user will be dealt with, usually getting a 2 day ban and that's it.

He/she just switched the layout a few times on prep day? Did I get that right?
If he/she is offending report to support, but switching layouts in general is no reason for a ban since you can switch your base anytime.
Sometimes I switch my layout literally every hour on prep day, just for fun, also for some confusing reasons.
Anyway, whatever you do on prep day with your layout becomes worthless after war sstarted.
I check my wished target on prep day for general defenses, not the layout.
Start thinking about how to attack after war day starts, so I don't waste any ressources and 24hrs are way enough time to plan and strike.
