thats not rushing mate. thats noob!
rushing = max offense + walls + heroes each TH lvl. The only acceptable exception is not max heroes in th9 which is extremely hard.
So in 2 words rushing is "defense rushing"
even you can be a TH10 with TH8 defenses if you have full lava + 30/30 heroes all clans will love you!.
Also rushing is not for everyone. rushing is for active players with 3m/3m/20k daily raids. (I mean 3m/3m/20k each day in average. so if you dont raid for one day you should raid 6m/6m/40k in the other day)

Rushing is kinda OK till town hall 7 but u should max troops and spells and yes max town hall 7. town hall 8 and up rushing will crush u and ultimately u will be the one leaving his collectors full for the sake of farmers and retiring.
