I agree that rushing provides the most efficient path to max for active raiders.

However, the pro-rushing lobby need to ease off trying to convince people that rushing is for everyone.

Those who get it, get it - usually because they have overflowing stores so the rush is an obvious choice.

The danger is that some people will misunderstand the rusher/premmie distinction and get themselves into hot water with under levelled troops (like the OP).

Combine that with low playing intensity (lose more than they gain) and someone's entire game experience can be really ruined.

Back on topic, there is still a warning about rushing rashly (rushing rashly?) when you upgrade TH, isn't there? That should suffice.

Edit - pro-maxers are just as one-eyed but there is far less harm in unwisely maxing (just a loss of efficiency).

Rushing is for everyone, but they should understand the concept before doing it.

Rushing isn't a horrible thing.. If you do it right it can be faster and more efficent
Then maxing out.. It all matters on your playing style.. Premature bases have also put a bad stigma on
rushers.

You can rush your defense all you want. All you need is good troops, walls, heroes. When I accept someone into my clan, I look at troop/hero levels and if they have decent walls, other than that, the lower their defenses the better lol. I'd take a .5 over any other type of base. You can get pummeled for loot all day, not my problem, but in war, you will shine.

This is sooo true. I am currently doing an all offense for the purpose of Clan wars... I buy nithing from the defense shop, but I max everything else... I shine in Clan wars and take out people 20-30 spots highwer then me... yet I am ranked last

Its not bad for me, in fact the exact opposite. I rushed an alt to th7, got drags, and lvl4 lighting spells. Yes, I get three starred in clan wars... along with every other th7 in our clan and the enemy's. Doesn't matter if my base is rushed or maxed. Every th7 is going to get three starred. Any experienced clasher knows this. So I lose 3 stars...no biggie. The benefit? In 1 war, I got 6 stars, cleaning up a th6 a noob couldn't do, and in another war I did recon on a th8 to find giant bombs. Located them and a th8 in our clan 3 starred em with a hog attack!

Careful rushing can be awesome. I'm a rushed th10, and it's been really good to me. You just have to know what you are doing, plan ahead, max the troops you want before you move up. I actually get more loot as a TH10 and get more TH pops because of the inferno towers.

If you get ahead of yourself by not maxing army camps, clan castle, farming troops, and war troops, you can get in a bad spot that's hard to get back out of.
