This makes no sense. At TH8, you can only get up to level 8 walls.

I personally recommend you go to TH9, but at TH9, try and focus a bit more on walls so that you can balance out, as you are ways behind there. Interestingly enough though, I've always found that my lab upgrades always take longer than my other upgrades.

If you decide to stick with TH8, like others said, build strong armies and make fast gold that way. When I had this issue (before I decided to move up), I would build all drags over night and do drag attacks in the morning... it actually kept my elx level at a constant level (all drag attacks are expensive!). I moved up more or less because I got a little annoyed with my builders doing nothing. Good luck.

Upgrading walls is something best done 'as you go' rather than left to the end of a TH journey. When I did TH8 skulls, I got to the end of upgrading everything and only had about 20 skulls left to do. When you get to TH9 you will struggle (without some sacrifice) to do any walls for quite some time as there are already plenty of more important and expensive upgrades to do. I think your choice now is sit at TH8 getting skulls or going to 9 and waiting a fair time there before getting them. Lego's are okay to do, lava's a real bind, but doing skulls, lego's and lava's? Good luck because I wouldn't want to do it! Of course you could always just not bother but that's your choice.
