Pekka level 4 upgrade on town hall 9 please

Translation: PEKKAs are underpowered at TH9 and if they're meant to be a three star strategy at TH9 they need some form of buff.

So were dragons at th9, they got a buff and are still weak at th9. The point is that at a given th level certain troops are generally but not always better. This means you have options and an excuse to upgrade a troop that you previously thought was useless (read valks for most people).

I am TH10 and i dont see a problem with giving TH9 lvl4 Pekka. Interesting to see all the TH10 crying for this not to happen.

I have a TH9 mini also, so such a change would benefit me there.

I see 3 stars via GoWiPe at TH9 often enough to be confident in saying it just isn't required.

We dont need pekkas lvl 4. Dont even remember last time i used one. Max you valks and put them under a heal. Or learn some hybrids so u wont have to use ♥♥♥♥ty pekkas

If both are in range when it is looking for a target, yes.

But once it is locked on the golem, it won't switch until that golem either dies or goes out of range.

If you have both a golem and a pekka inside the range circle when something else moves into the (smaller) trigger circle, or it is triggeres by 50% damage, then it will always target the pekka first.

Perhaps ♥♥♥♥ty pekkas are the reason people want the upgrade.

The fact that at th 9 having a lvl 3 pekka in your army is liability is not a good thing.

My main issue is that lvl 4 pekkas are completely worthless at th 10 and are rarely if ever used.

The answer for #1 can be debated, but most would generally agree that the answer to #2 is no, and thus if we wanted PEKKAs to be a viable 3 star strategy at TH9 the solution would be to give them level 4 PEKKAs.

The answer is, no, we don't, because we don't want "safe 2* strategies" to also be 3* strategies.

The balance is excellent right now, If you take the 'safe', easy approach and are even 1/4 competent you can get 2*, but you almost certainly won't get 3*...to 3* you have to hit down quite a bit or have strong heroes AND skill and maybe a little luck. To more reliably 3* you need to use a different strategy that is also more risky because it carries a higher chance of a 1* if it goes badly.

That's just right.

I totally agree with pekka 4 being available to th9. That should have taken place when they gave th9 dragon 4.
