What lvl do tesla towers become effective

it really depends on your TH. At TH10, I would only notice if it is level7 / max. Else I just roll over those puny tesla

level 5 and below is like pea shooter.
level 6 starts to feel a bit, like the van de graaf generator
level 7+ opponents will start to appreciate Nikola

I always max my tesla at each TH level after splash, but before other point defenses.

especially if you pair it with another tesla...i'd say the opponents will be "shocked" in disbelief...
