Since OP mention L5 drills, you should be TH9/10. Not TH8.
Hence, max all the DE drills first. At max, it generates 2400 DE each per day. It does help whether you raid a lot or not.

I've max my DE spell factory as well, but haven't use a single EQ attack yet. Haste yes, but not EQ.
EQ is something new to show-off or use, but so far I still use 2x jumps.

Hey guys, already have one level five dark elixir drill and I have one level III directly to drill should I get the level III dark elixir drill to level four or should I upgrade my dark spell factory to level two and get the earthquake spell. If you could explain in your opinion what is better to upgrade,that would be great thanks.

If you love wars like me, upgrade DE Spell Factory, if you don't love upgrade DE Drill, it's quite simple in my opinion.
