Will this make a impact in war matchmaking!

I have 2 accounts. On my primary account I am maxing out TH8 level 70 at this time. On my second account I am maxed th5. I wanna know if I rush to th7, do not buy any defensive structure but get the dragons and upgrade them to level 2, will it make a big impact in our matchmaking?
I will be a th5 with th7 offence.
I run a small clan of 12 members. This is our war composition :
2 Th8s
3 TH7s
2 TH6s
2 TH5s
and a TH4 for a 10 v 10

Will this be a big benefit for us if my second acc gets th7 offence with a th5 defence?

It will have a good impact. If you think about th8.5, that is basically the same idea, but a jump of 1 th instead of 2.
