Struggling clan! 😔

Hi guys.. I've recently made a clan and struggling like crazy to keep people! One issue I've got is that I'm in the UK and my others 2 members are in the USA so where not always active at the same time. What I'm looking for is advice and help and trying to build the foundation for my clan and to make it more appealing. If anyone out there would help I'd be great full 👍🏼

My advice if you really want to run your own clan from the ground up:

• Set the clans aim and stick to it.
• Set clan to invite only - do not be anyone can join as you will have people randomly jumping in and out all day.
• Be as active as you can possibly be - If you aren't active others wont be.
• Make people feel welcome and try to involve them with conversations.
• Do not make everyone Elder and Co, get to know them 1st. (a clan full of Cos is just a clan full of members with a different title.
• People who never donate or chat get rid of as they will just make your clan look bad.

Also remember a solid clan of 10 is better than 50 inactive non talking people so take your time. Rome wasn't built in a day.
