My recent defense log is quite puzzling

I see this all the time in C3 also. People putting down serious troops to snipe out collectors that are obviously empty from the loot rate off of them. There is this large group of players that go for collectors regardless how much effort it takes and how little reward it offers.

Oddly enough, this happened to me even without these boosted collector events. I'm not complaining though, I usually offer close to the max possible and they're still basically free shields for the night. Also thankfully (for my faith in humanity) the lightning spells on storages and poison spells on defenses have stopped.

yeah, that's the puzzling part. but this happens to me when my storages are nearly maxed. TH7s/TH8s go for the collectors assuming that's where the loot is at. once you take down one collector and gained only 100 resources, you'd think they would stop but apparently not...

No man the worst is when it shows full storages, you get to them all, and for some reason there's 800k sitting in their collectors... on the other side of the base

TH8's certainly shouldn't be new, unless they rushed. But a while back I was quite surprised
to find out that there were some TH8's in my clan that had never learnt to read collectors.
