She got stuck in the tesla. It's a known bug. I think they're working on it.
That screenshot is phenomenally useless.
I'm betting you have a Tesla tower right next to your Queen, and it's a known bug that the Telsa will occasionally block the queen from defending. I agree, this needs to be fixed, but in the interim, just move your Tesla.
Was she close to a tesla when she got stuck?

Yes she is standing near the Tesla.
It's a known bug, the Queen gets stuck on the tesla and doesnt fire/defend
Solution move the tesla or the queen
