you can only get banned from global for 24 hours if you get reported by 7 people. so you most be saying something wrong if you keep getting banned.

He doesn't have to be doing anything wrong at all. People report you for not joining their clan or any other various and stupid reasons. Heck, when I get really bored I'll randomly report people in global.

The system is automatic. As soon as you rack up seven reports within X (AFAIK, only SC knows what X equals) amount of time, banned.
