One doesn't simply 3 star max th10 unless the base has a horrible design. To 3 star that base, even with 7 max golem you are going to need a lot of luck. Realistically, people try to 3 star the weaker th10's, not the top max th10 base.

As others have said your best bet is to use 6 golems, 4 jumps + 1 rage and 14 wiz + 1 golem and 1 wiz in the CC. I 3 starred this exact base in my last war. I have AQ lvl40 and BK lvl38 and the defender had a mix of lvl 11 and 12 cannons/archer towers, maxed bows, teslas and ITs.
Whether it would be possible agains a max base like this I don't know. My attack went perfectly and I had 2 very weakened golems and 1 almost full golem and 3 wiz left to clear up at the end.
