Not likely. Even assuming all your gowipe/gowiwi troops are maxed. I see this base a ton...its annoying

well would you say its gowiwi or gowipe has a better chance of 3 starring than the other
I'm a gowipe kind of guy, but I don't know about 3 stars on that. Best chance might be to use 5 or 6 maxed golems with wizards.
Gowiwi those teslas are likely maxed and are going to be a pain in the neck to get to. Also it looks like the inferno is set to single mode hopefully the skeletons can keep it a little occupied.

yep could tell u a few ways to 2 star it, but unless you are those superheroes from in the dark then 3 starring this is gonna be very difficult.....and need some luck

Firefighter & Unbreakable Done
5-7x Golems and the rest 15x Wizards. 4x jumps, 1x rage. If you know what's in CC, then bring either poison or haste.
Most likely will be high HP defense CC like lava/dragon + balloons.
Drop 3 jumps outside, 4th jump into core. Rage near or inside core.
2x golems and 3-5x wizards at each jump spell area. Heroes in centre path into core.
2 stars quite guaranteed. 3 stars depends on luck, and you will need both near max 40/40 heroes and max army.
There are some variations to swap a golem for 3-6x wall breakers, then another 1-2 slots of spells for rage + freeze.
Or to swap your CC golem for a max pekka + 2x wizards.

Take some luck with troops and spell placement for three. Two? Sure, with either.
I have to say - if you want to 3-star a th9 or th10 base, forget about gowipe and gowiwi, they are easily to get 2 stars but very very hard to 3 star.
