By that line of thinking they shouldn't enforce anything.

Well many of those people are taking away another person's fun by getting them banned.

Not true. You can report any user/base in the game and it will most likely get banned. Most the time SC doesn't even research it, it is just an automatic ban if it gets submitted.

The film producer is probably not selling directly to the 16 year old... Even then it is the 16 year old breaking the rules/law.

I don't see what point you are trying to make. The film producer is naturally happier if the film is more popular, the same goes for sc. They even said that they reserve the right to enforce the tos or not. Why would they stop people from playing for no reason other than to stop them from playing?

Let me start off by saying that I have never reported anyone. I'm 25, married, work a full time job, and clashing is a nice downtime way of letting go. There are no rules in my clan as far as donations or watching what you say. It's a fun zone for adults and older teens alike ranging from ages 15-45. I am, by no means saying that the reporting and suspension of players in the CoC community are unjust. However, I feel the majority of reporting against minor offenses, in my opinion, are by the hands of 12 and under illegal clashers.

So in my hypocritical, yet very serious nature, I present of movement to report ALL clashers who admit to being age 12 or under. It is a direct violation of Supercells terms and agreements.

2 major benefits will come from this.

    1) I believe nonsense reporting will drastically decline.

    2) There will be thousands of bases that will go abandoned and will fill with mass amounts of loot in the collectors.

I implore you to think over my proposal. If someone says they're 12 or under and are lying, well that's their fault.

Thank you all for your time.

    Best regards,
    -Capt.
Nonsense reporting isn't really an issue, and just because someone is young doesn't mean they nonsense report people. You're just being judgmental and want to take away fun from young people.

    age limit

the age limit is in the tos because this is a war game because there is a moderate amount of shall we say violence,i know i see more violence in scooby doo but different country's have different restrictions and i be leave 13 is a PG rate that can be excused by whatever the parents deem suitable
i think the problem here is not the age of people but the maturity people communicate
we have seen 30 year old men having tantrums like a 2 year old because they don't get a promotion
i am in a clan that specifies adults only its not because i think kids are no good at the game or cant follow a strategy
its because we like to keep the clan chat free of spam that the younger age players tend to create
there is no way to enforce an age restriction and as long as the age tos is "PG 13" no real incentive to enforce

the true level of maturity would be to rise above and ignore

I think I'd need to know what you mean by nonsense reporting.

Do you mean reporting that doesn't lead to a suspension?

Or do you mean reporting that does lead to a suspension which you consider to be unjustified?

Or are you talking about global reporting?
