I joined a new clan after mine died, next day me and all my friends were kicked by the same co leader. The co leader is still in the clan and then kicked a whole lot of other guys out. What is with these people

Thats what happens when someone gives Co-leadership so careselessly and these are the results...

Co-leaders can do what they want in a clan. It's not a position to be taken lightly. Why are you complaining to us?

Plus, don’t assume your skills will keep you a place in many clans. If you are a bad fit, you are a bad fit, so the problem may not be with a co.

We kick about 95% of the people who join our clan within 2 days. It's not that we like to kick people, honestly we would just like to have a consistent 30 v 30 group to war with, but their is so many people that aren't a good fit for the clan. This can be for a variety of reasons but generally it's that they are to rushed/stupid/greedy/non-donator/annoying/inactive to be a fit.
I have a couple different groups of friends in my clan now and they are fine, they mesh well, their conversations are appropriate and they follow the rules.
On the flip side, I have had groups of friends join that treat our clan chat like thier own personal chat room, nothing to do with clash and just a bunch of obnoxious/childish nonsense. It cluttered up our clan chat so they had to go, all of them.
Not abuse unless it he used abusive language when he did it, probably just a co leader keeping his clan clutter free.
I would suggest joining a clan where Co is earned. That way you can trust them.
