Still looking for members to get some wars started, All friendly people just want to get playing properly anyone welcome as long as they are there for the team.
But, just looked at your clan because I am looking to move, 8 members is fine, like you say, a new clan, but with 50% showing no league and not very active, you are going to struggle. Good luck though.
