Any advice on how to avoid or win a one sided war?

We are a very active level 7 war clan(3k~ exp) with 50 members mostly compose of 10 TH10, 25 TH9 and 15 TH 7&8. Our top members is just an average TH10s with max defs and troops, lvl 9 and 10 walls, lvl 20~ heroes. Most of our TH9 members have max def with average lvl 15~ heroes and lvl 9 to 10 walls.
Recently we are having a problem because we keep getting an unfair match and we are losing. Currently on a 7 losing streak and probably will lose our current war now because of the same reason.
Worst opponent so far they got 22 TH10 and the rest was TH9 lol. It is impossible for a TH8 to 3 star a TH9 and a max TH9 to 3 star an average TH10. Any average clan there will surely know the pain on having a very unfair clan war, not fun at all.

Use TH8s & TH7s to scout bases or 3 star weak TH9s.
Use your TH9s to 2 star opponent TH10s.
Use TH10s to 3 star opponent TH9s.

That and try adding more lower level bases so you are pared against weaker opponents.

My clan has 1 th10 but we get matched with 2 to 4 th10s every war. No amount of lower th's helps despite belief that it does.

Just take the lost and pray for a better match up next round

Happens every war since update.... but you keep praying.

you take the bad with the good and always go for max XP that you can get, and use every single war attack, even if its just practice

Even if you are over matched you can often than not get a star on even the toughest bases and then more stars lower so that you get max xp asidde form the win 50....

then move onto the next

Our objective is to win and get max exp for war.
It is very frustrating that you will already know you will lose the war because of ridiculously unfair matchup.
