TH 9 - Are legos sufficient enough?

Lego is never enough better get those walls to lava while doing that you could do your heroes

Focus on those heros. It takes a long time to get them up, but you'll never regret it. If you are new to th9 you'll have a ton of defensive upgrades to do as well. I'd do them long before lavas. Lavas only work to scare people off if you stay down in silver and gold. Go up higher and they lose the fear factor. I'd not hesitate to hit anyone with lavas. My farming Gibarch packs 8 wb and 2 jumps....

i maxed walls to lavas before going to th10, but its because i was maxing heroes to 30/30 and had nothing to do with the gold/lix. However, i find it more comfortable to have lavas as th10.

Yes. I went to th 10 with all legos and few lavas and I'm doing just fine. My friends went to th 10 with skull walls and they're doing just fine too. But at the end of the day it's up to you. I personally think your heroes level are more important than the walls when you want to upgrade to th 10 later.

when upgrading heroes with de the only thing you can do with elixer & gold is walls, so the 2 go together :-)

Heroes, heroes, heroes. Unless you farm dark elixir hardcore, ignoring gold and elixir, you will have plenty of lava walls by the time your heroes reach a respectable level.
As for the wall strength itself, lava is a giant improvement to lego. It don't bust with a single raged lvl 5 wall breaker, and heroes and golems likely will not smash through them before they decide to change path and go somewhere else. They are great against ground attacks, and also stop heroes from wrecking more compartments than they should in hybrid hog or air based attacks.
Happy farming, and I strongly recommend a builder for walls and for each hero.

granted a lot of the videos you'll see on youtube don't stress wall level, but honestly, most youtubers aren't very good players in my opinion and generally replay their victories against poorly designed bases.

in any event, be patient and you can do walls and heroes at the same time, but if you're in a such a rush to be th10, you're really not very committed to the game and will give up soon enough, so yeah, you're ready for the endgame.

Me being a th8 with ONLY 15% purple and 85% pink (my goal is 50%purple 50%skull) i suggest that u get the All Legot except townhall compartment. But its your choice.

If you are a TH10 with the town hall outside you very rarely get attacked anyway. In a war situation you will rarely get attacked with max barbs

Legos at TH9 going TH10 is fine.

Youtubers TH10 even have skulls walls and they do just fine in wars.
