Make the defending clan castle and heros join sides with the attacker and have them destroy their own base.

I've often thought it would be very entertaining if clan troops obtained from one clan might "rebel" and fight against you instead of for you when you leave the clan. Not all the time, just often enough to keep it interesting Then all those turkeys who join your clan, whine for some expensive troops, then promptly leave when some soft-hearted fool gives them some will get what they deserve, sooner or later...
