Offline but online?!

Hi farmers,

My friend says she hasn't been on Hay day for a few days, but when I visit her farm: her chickens are running, two cows are walking and one pig is chilling while all his mates are starving. The chickens prove she has been on at least 19 minutes ago. So I text her saying she has been on because her chickens are wandering around. No reply. That night I had to wake up at three. I do a bit of hay day and see that all her chickens are wandering around, two cows are roaming for more food and one pig is chilling whilst the others are starving. Has she been on the moment I came online at 3 in the morning?! I only have the problem with her farm. All other farms seem to be fine. This has been going on for a while. All her production buildings were busy. I think this is a bug and highly doubt she was lying to me.

We do periodic reviews of people in the nh. Some who had not been on for weeks or longer, saw chickens roaming on their farms. We kicked them out after trying to use chat. Never heard from them again. So, I have also seen it on friend's farms who are inactive.

What you see when you visit a friends farm is the state they last left it. It will not update until they log back in and connect with the server. So if I load my bakery up with bread and log off, you can look at my farm days later and it will still be cooking. The best way to see when they were on the game last is by pulling the upon Game Center. That's been known to be buggy,but it's all we have
